e.sg by INXSOFT LTD is currently in its beta offering. The approach of e.sg will be to offer an annual member subscription which includes the following tools and services (among many others):

• Marketing tools. Such as using e.sg as URL Shortener, QR code generator.
• Email services (with personalized [email protected] email accounts).
• Access to AI tools (i.e. Perplexity Pro) and hosted e.sg AI tools (based on opensource AI solutions)
• Online Learning tools
• Microsites for blogs, e-commerce and business management including custom domain names

The full service is expected to be operational within 2026.

Terms of Use

1. Beta Service: e.sg is currently in its beta phase and is provided free of charge until the end of the beta period, expected to conclude during 2026. The full service is anticipated to launch in 2026.
2. No Obligation: Participation in the beta program is entirely voluntary, and users are under no obligation to continue using the service after the beta period ends. INXSOFT LTD also reserves the right to modify or discontinue the beta service at any time without prior notice.
3. “As Is” Basis: The beta services are provided “as is” and may include bugs, incomplete features, or performance issues. INXSOFT LTD disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
4. Liability Limitation: INXSOFT LTD will not be liable for any damages, including data loss, service interruptions, or other issues arising from the use of the beta service.
5. Future Pricing: After the beta phase, e.sg will transition to a subscription model. Users will not be automatically enrolled or charged for the paid service unless they explicitly opt-in.
6. Privacy and Data Protection: INXSOFT LTD values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Any information collected during the beta phase will be used solely for improving the service and providing support. INXSOFT LTD does not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Taiwan. By participating in the beta program, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
